The Mission of the Business development
It is my responsibility to execute all of the tasks related to:
Designing and Planning School Events: I will conceptualize, design, and plan all faculty-hosted and student events.
Budget Management: I will be responsible for creating budgets for each event and managing expenses within that budget.
Promotion and Engagement: I will utilize a variety of communication channels, such as social media, newsletters, and community outreach to reach target audiences.
Pricing: $1,995 / month
I work 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
(part-time 20 hours/week also available)

What are common tasks?
-Develop event proposals and plans
-Create and manage event budgets
-Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
-Design and implement promotional strategies
-Coordinate logistics, such as venue setup and teardown, transportation, and accommodation
-Manage event schedules and ensure they run smoothly
-Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports

Who do they report to?
I will report to the school administrator or a designated senior staff member responsible for overseeing events and functions.
